In 1968, Centre Leasehold Improvements Ltd. emerged as a four-man service department in the newly constructed Toronto Dominion Bank Tower. Providing the tenants of the new tower with basic construction services, which were often excluded from the building’s maintenance program, CLi quickly created and successfully nourished its very first clients. Fast-forward to today, CLi is now a privately held, employee owned, full service interior construction management firm, located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
